Our break-fix support desk provides partners with 24/7 assistance on end user technical issues. White-label support allows resellers to be competitive in the market, providing first-line triage for customers when the partner is unable to offer that service for themselves.
Training & Certification
Utilise TD SYNNEX’s training and certification platforms to acquire become proven experts in new areas and technologies. From TD SYNNEX Academy to TD SYNNEX Channel Academy, we have a range of courses and programmes to suit your needs.
GCC Technical Services
Global Computing Components (GCC) offer a range of technical services including design and integration, as well as testing and supporting a wide range of “white box” server and storage solutions from our portfolio of vendors.
Maverick Technical Services
Maverick’s state-of-the-art logistics and distribution centre at Magna Park offers IT and AV integrators valuable enablement and integration services both remotely and on-site. Services include DOA testing, software updates, custom packing and delivery options, device configuration, complex AS device integration, supply chain services, professional installation, hardware maintenance, support, and repair services.
